In the previous articles I discussed why the Fibonacci Tuning Fork Set is so effective and suggestions on how to use the Fibonacci set. How to use the Solar Harmonic & Fibonacci together

My recommendation is to start and end your session with the Solar Harmonic. This set really helps to slow down the thought process, relaxing your body then your mind and reach a meditative state. Then switch to the Fibonacci which will bring to you and your client to the energies and frequencies which help to clear trauma and begin the healing process.
